Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Cup Mushrooms
2 Cups Spinach
1 Egg

Preparation

01.  Finely chop the mushrooms with the Black Carbon chef's knife.

02.  Sauté the mushrooms and spinach in the world's best Master Swiss frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.

03.  When they are cooked, make a small hole and break the egg in half and let it cook.

04.  To serve, add finely grated Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.

05.  Tip: you can stir it all together to make an omelette, it's just as delicious.
