Receita Feijoada à Transmontana

Ingredients

500 g de feijão vermelho
250 g de chispe
200 g de entrecosto
150 g de orelha de porco
150 g de chouriço
100 g de morcela
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
Sal, pimenta e colorau q.b.
Azeite q.b.

Preparation

 

  1. Demolhe o feijão de véspera.
  2. Coza as carnes em água temperada com sal e louro, pode usar a IronPot, panela de ferro fundido de 24cm. Reserve o caldo.
  3. Coza o feijão à parte e reserve.
  4. Noutra panela maior como a IronPot de 28cm, refogue a cebola e o alho picados em azeite.
  5.  Junte o colorau, o feijão e um pouco do caldo.
  6. Acrescente as carnes cortadas e os enchidos às rodelas.
  7. Deixe apurar e sirva com arroz branco.
