Ingredients

500 g de bacalhau demolhado e desfiado
500 g de batatas cortadas em cubos
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml de natas
300 ml de leite
2 colheres de sopa de farinha
50 g de manteiga
Sal, pimenta e noz-moscada q.b.
Queijo ralado q.b.
Azeite q.b.

For the seasoning paste:

Preparation

  1. Frite as batatas e reserve na melhor frigideira do mundo de 26cm.
  2. Na panela de ferro fundido IronPot de 24cm refogue a cebola e o alho em azeite, junte o bacalhau e cozinhe ligeiramente.
  3. Prepare o béchamel: derreta a manteiga, junte a farinha, mexa e adicione o leite, mexendo até engrossar. Tempere.
  4. Misture o bacalhau, as batatas, as natas e parte do béchamel.
  5. Na mesma panela IronPot, cubra com o restante béchamel e polvilhe com queijo.
  6. Leve ao forno até dourar a 180 graus.

Tips & variations

Pode usar batata-palha para textura mais crocante.
