01. Heat the oil in the wok and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers until soft.
02. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes until they form a sauce.
03. Add the white wine and bay leaf. Leave to reduce for 5 minutes.
04. Add the mussels, prawns and squid.
05. Cover and cook until the seafood is ready (7-10 minutes).
06. Adjust the salt and pepper.
07. Garnish with parsley and serve.
